The Mercy Health Development located at 1497–1505 Point Nepean Road, Rosebud, Victoria is a large-scale commercial development undertaken by L.U. Simon Builders, comprising two major apartment buildings identified as Building A and Building R. Designed to accommodate healthcare-related residential and community facilities, the project integrates modern architectural design with functionality, accessibility, and sustainability.
Located at 35 Pelican Street, Peregian, Queensland, this high-end residential project was designed by Shaun Lockyer Architects and embodies a contemporary coastal architectural style. The residence integrates open-plan living spaces with extensive glazing, natural materials, and outdoor entertaining areas that blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The two-level structure features multiple bedrooms, luxury amenities, a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and a gatehouse entry.
The Mid Carolina Credit Union project located at 2480 Main Street, Elgin, South Carolina is a new branch office development designed to support banking, teller, ATM, drive-thru, lobby, and back-of-house spaces. The millwork scope includes plastic laminate cabinets, solid surface countertops with splashes, wall paneling, wood die walls, cabinet locks, and custom millwork items across the lobby, break room, teller areas, drive-thru tellers, teller vault, work area, ATM, supplies, and toilet spaces.
